dns-root-data software package provides DNS root data including root zone and DNSSEC key, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dns-root-data
dns-root-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dns-root-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dns-root-data *
You will get with dns-root-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
